모션 블러

Motion blur records how far an object moves while the shutter is open. It makes fast motion readable in a single frame.

A car streaks in a photograph because it moved while the shutter was open. Motion blur accumulates that movement inside one frame. Turn it on in Render Properties ▸ Motion Blur and adjust the shutter time.

In code, enable scene.render.use_motion_blur and set scene.render.motion_blur_shutter to the shutter interval in frames. The example gives a sphere location keys on surrounding frames, then renders the same moment with the effect off and on.

There is no motion to blur if the object is still or has no animation keys. A longer shutter leaves a stronger trail, making direction and speed easier to read while softening the object's shape. Test camera and object movement separately, then apply only as much blur as the shot needs.

When to use

Use it to convey speed in fast objects or camera moves. Keep the shutter interval short when a moving product or explanatory subject must stay legible.
